Grad Photos for 2021!! Book at artona.com/schools/NEWW – grad photos by appointment
To students who will be graduating in 2021!! Artona has re-opened their main studio (353 West 7th Avenue in Vancouver) for graduation photos. These photos will be the grad photos that will be used in the 2021 yearbook as well as yours to order. NWSS 2021 Grads can book their Artona grad photo appointments for the week of September 10-17 at the Artona Vancouver studios. Grads can also arrange to have their individual or group grad photos taken during the summer. Graduation 2020 – Gr. 12 Student Survey – we want to hear from you!
Hello Class of 2020!! We know that this year is different and we cannot celebrate graduation in the usual way... As outlined by our Provincial Health Officer, physiclly gathering in large groups will not be permitted at this time. However, we still want to recognize and celebrate your accomplishments as the NWSS Graduating Class of 2020! We are exploring other options - THIS MEANS GOING VIRTUAL!! Please complete the NWSS Grad 2020 Survey - give us your honest opinions!! The information that we collect will not be shared with others. This survey will close on Thursday, May 14th. A Message from the Principal re: Digital Citizenship
As we move into Week 5, the District would like to make sure that students and parents are clear with our expectations in regards to practicing and adhering to Digital Citizenship and the appropriate usage of Microsoft Teams and Google tools. Our Director of Instructional Learning and Innovation, Ms. Maureen McRae-Stanger, and our District Technology Facilitator, Ms. Sabine Shaw, have created a video for New Westminster students and parents to view. more
