Youth Work in Trades Award & Info Night

All NWSS Students and their families come to:
Youth Work in Trades $1000 Award Info Night
Tuesday, May 14 at 6 pm (ending roughly at 7:30 pm) NWSS library
This event is for Grade 9, 10, 11 and Graduating students and parents/guardians:
 who are curious about the apprenticeship option
 who will be enrolling in any of our apprenticeship programs (Examples: Carpentry, Chef, Plumbing) or our Skills Exploration 10 – 12 program
 who are currently working in a trade-related job (Examples: construction, restaurant food prep) WHAT WOULD YOU LEARN: How students can earn course credits for their paid apprenticeship jobs and a $1000 award; how you can support your student to do this and how a student can get started on an apprenticeship track.
2019 Graduates are eligible for NWSS Apprenticeship Programs
