Semester Transition Week Information – January 21st to January 25

Monday, January 21st – the last full day of classes for Semester 1 – Blocks A,B,C,D.

Tues & Wed, Jan. 22nd & 23rd  – Innovative learning opportunities will be available during the semester transition week.  Departments determine a schedule of various offering throughout the week.  All teachers will be offering activities on both Tuesday and Wednesday.  A list will be available on Thursday afternoon, January 17th and students choose which activities they would like to attend. Some students may be requested by teachers to attend certain sessions.  Attendance is taken by students signing in. Students may also use this time to resolve any incomplete reports or improve upon a previous assignment.

Numeracy Assessment for Gr. 11 students in Mathematics classes sem. 1  Grade 11 students who had Math in Semester 1 or Grade 12 students who did not write this assessment in their grade 11 year will write this assessment on the date that their class has been scheduled to from Tues, Jan 22 to Thurs, Jan 24.  Please see your Math teacher or  click here for assessment schedule.

Thursday, January 24th 8:30 – 12:00 noon – English 12 Prov. Exam – for gr 12 students who took Eng 12 semester 1.  Exam time is 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.  Students sign in at 8:30 a.m. with photo ID at the Pearson Gym.

Friday, January 25th 8:30 – 12:00 noon – Communications 12 Prov. Exam – for gr 12 students in Comm 12 semester 1.     Exam time is 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.  Students sign in at 8:30 a.m. with photo ID at Room 266.
