Office 365 & MyEd BC helpful Hints & Tips for Students & Parents
Please see below instructions on how to sign into Office 365 and MyEdBC.
We have been experiencing some technical issues with MS Teams and require students to reset their passwords in order to activate their account.
Below is the generic password to help you reset your MS Teams account. Please see the attached instructions to guide you through this process.

For security & privacy reasons, students should change their password as soon as possible on the Office 365 HOME PAGE (Not MS Team Page), and replace it with a unique password of at least 8 characters made up of uppercase, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. Teachers and Parents of younger students should assist as needed.
Please find attached a simple guide for students (or Teachers and Parents assisting) to sign into Microsoft Office 365.
Note regarding MyEdBC: For new families to NWSS you will need to set up your MyEdBC account to access MS Teams. See instructions attached.
