NWSS Absentee Photo Day/Retakes – October 2nd, 2024

NWSS Absentee Photo Day/Retakes will take place on Wednesday, October 2nd during Blocks A and B.  Students will be called to the Library over the PA based on grade and last name.

Priority will be given to students who were absent on photo day followed by retakes for those who require them and will be ordering photos.

Please note, retakes will be taken in cases where the photograph requires improvements, e.g. eyeglass glare, eyes closed, poor posture, head tilted and NOT because students do not like their smile or picture. 

Students who require a retake must bring their ID cards to the sesion.  The photographer will need to scan the QR code on it.

School Photos will be on Friday, September 6th with Artona Studios.

All students must be photographed to be in the yearbook and for a Student Identification Card, also known as a GoCard. This card is required for concession fare rates on all B.C. Transit. It is also required when students write their Provincial Literacy and/or Numeracy Assessment and other student discounts.

Please follow the instructions at https://artona.com to view and order school photos. You will require the QR code or 16-digit code found on the photo access card provided to students on photo day.

If you are absent on Friday, September 6th, absentee photo day will take place on Wednesday, October 2nd.
