NWSS Parent Teacher Conferences November 6th, 2024

Hello NWSS Parents/Guardian, 

NWSS looks forward to connecting with you and your child on Wednesday, November 6th for parent teacher conferences.   Please note that Wednesday, November 6th is a truncated day for our students:

Welcome Bell 11:50am
Announcements 11:56 – 12:00pm
Block A (Day 2) 12:00 – 12:30pm
Block B (Day 2) 12:40 – 1:10pm
Block C (Day 2) 1:20 – 1:50pm
Block D (Day 2) 2:00 – 2:30pm

 Registration for Parent Teacher Conferences: 

  • Begins on Monday, October 21st at 7:00pm 
  • Closes on Friday, October 25th at 10:00 pm 
  • Via https://nwss.schoolappointments.com/admin/.    Please note that there will be no drop-in appointments on the day of the conference.   

NWSS Parent Teacher Conferences will all be conducted in person.  

  • Session #1:  In-Person Parent Teacher Conferences from 2:45pm – 4:28pm, 5 minutes per conference.   
  • Teachers on dinner break between 4:30 – 5:17pm 
  • Session #2:  In-Person Parent Teacher Conferences from 5:19pm – 6:55pm, 5 minutes per conference. 

MOSAIC – Settlement and employment services for newcomers will be on site to provide support to families as well during the conferences.
