Ministry Issue Resolved: Revised Exam Transcripts to be Posted Today
July 31, 2019 – Please note: The BC Ministry of Education has now resolved an anomaly in the tabulation of Grade 12 June exam results. Revised exam transcripts will be posted today. All BC secondary schools have been contacted and advised of the issue.
“I am confident that students and families can now know their grades are correct,” said Education Minister Rob Fleming in a statement Wednesday.
The Ministry has also contacted BC post-secondary institutions to inform them and help ensure no student applications are impacted. In addition, the Ministry actively contacted Canadian post-secondary institutions and outside post-secondary institutions, as needed.
“We are confident that we have identified the root cause of the issue, and will be able to release revised assessment results shortly,” read a government statement released this morning.
