Hyack Teen Read Award
NWPL and NWSS library are the sponsors of the Hyack Teen Read Award, which seeks to find New Westminsters’ teens favourite novel of the year. Teens are asked to vote on their preference from a list of novels from a variety of genres. The shortlist is chosen by New Westminster teens and librarians. Votes are counted and published, with prizes awarded to teens who vote.
