What is the IB Philosophy?

The International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme is a program of international education designed to help students develop the knowledge, understanding, attitudes and skills necessary to participate actively and responsibly in a changing world.

This programme prepares highly motivated students for the rigours of post-secondary education. It encourages students to ask questions and to interact with the world around them in a meaningful way. The IB Diploma not only provides an enhanced curriculum, it teaches students how to navigate through the information overload of the modern world.

IB is a challenging two-year curriculum in Grades 11 and 12.  It leads to a qualification that is widely recognized by the world’s leading universities, the IB Diploma.
