Attention to all students who are returning to NWSS in September 2025

Our students completed their Course Selection in February 2025 and NWSS has all this information in our system. We want to ensure we have accurate data so that we can build a robust timetable for our students.

Students who will be returning to NWSS for September 2025 will receive their “Course Verification Form” from their Block B teacher. This is a paper copy form that our students will bring home for review. This form will list all the courses the student has requested for the 2025 – 2026 school year.

• Students who do not have a Block B class will obtain their Course Verification form at our office.
• Students who do not receive a form from their Block B teacher is because the student failed to submit their course requests into myEd in February. As such, they must connect with their respective counsellor to rectify this.  If a student believes that they did submit their course requests, please ask your student to come see us in the office during non-instructional hours.

This Course Verification form does NOT need to be returned to NWSS. Keep this in a safe space for your records.

Do you see a change that needs to be made on the Course Verification form?  If so, we kindly ask a parent/guardian to make the change directly on this Course Verification Form.  Changes are to be made now as adjustments will only be made in September due to extenuating circumstances.  Please submit changes to their form  to our school office no later than Wednesday, April 23rd.  Please connect with your child’s counsellor if you have any questions or require support.
